Recently I noticed that while using Microsoft Internet Explorer, all Flash elements on websites have this little grey border when moused-over and a little message that says “Click to activate and use this control”. So I did a search and apparently as of April 11, 2006 all Flash elements have this for people using Microsoft Internet Explorer due to a lawsuit that was just ruled against Microsoft. Another reason to switch to Firefox!
